A fast-growing startup is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Operations Associate to join their team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of their workplaces across coworking locations. This role plays a key part in supporting clients, visitors, and the community while keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day office operations, including client-facing activities such as onboarding, addressing inquiries, visitor support, and event coordination to ensure a positive member experience.
• Coordinate vendor management and support staff (cleaning, maintenance), including procurement, quoting, and back-office processes such as inventory and budget compliance.
• Handle office management responsibilities such as equipment upkeep, mail/package handling, safety compliance, and contingency/emergency response protocols.
