Global HR Master Data Lead: Workday & Records Excellence

The LEGO Group is seeking a Sr Advisor in Master Data to ensure HR data accuracy and timely updates across the globe. You will support payroll and reporting by maintaining high-quality personal and organizational records and collaborating with the Payroll, P&O, and other teams.
Responsibilities include data updates, contract/doc creation, process improvements, and mentoring teammates. Strong English and HR system experience (Workday/SAP) are essential for success in this role.
