As Senior Bid Manager , you will support the overall opportunity management process for both the Latin America and North America regions. The role manages the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are high quality, compliant, and on time, as well as developing strategic sales frameworks.

Your tasks

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal submissions in alignment with customer requirements and internal guidelines.
• Develop competitive bid strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Business Lines, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks, working alongside Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance.
• Manage pricing and calculation processes to ensure market competitiveness and financial sustainability.
• Drive process improvements, standardize templates, and maintain bid documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Support the approval process and facilitate internal/external reviews.
• Align closely with internal departments to ensure strategic coherence and deliver tailored sales strategies for regional markets.

Your qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in bid management, sales excellence, or inside sales ( Experience in telecommunication ).
• Experience in multiple of the aforementioned functions is preferred.
• Ideal candidates will have worked in an international environment and possess intercultural competence.
• University degree in e.g. Business, Communication, Economics or equivalent is a plus.
• Result and priority oriented, with strong business acumen.
• Exceptional organizational and/or project management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex sales challenges.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce (CPQ) preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish. Portuguese or any other languages are an advantage.
