Position Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing the current state (As-Is), identifying improvement opportunities, and designing the future state (To-Be) process, ensuring clear governance, roles, and responsibilities across multiple business areas.

This role requires close collaboration with six local and global functional teams, driving workshops, stakeholder alignment, process optimization initiatives, and business transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end process assessment and redesign of BOMs (Bill of Materials) / Recipes processes.

• Conduct process discovery sessions and workshops with local and global stakeholders.

• Document current-state (As-Is) processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Design future-state (To-Be) processes aligned with business objectives and best practices.

• Define process governance, ownership, roles, and responsibilities.

• Facilitate alignment across multiple business functions and leadership teams.

• Develop executive-level presentations and communicate recommendations effectively.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and influence decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure process documentation standards and methodologies are followed.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills (40%)

• Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM).

• Experience in process design, analysis, optimization, and transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of Process Management methodologies such as:

• APQC

• Rummler-Brache

• Experience documenting process flows using:

• ARIS

• Microsoft Visio

• Similar process modeling tools

• Strong understanding of process architecture, including:

• Macroprocesses

• Processes

• Sub-processes

• Experience leading As-Is and To-Be process definition projects.

• Experience working in multinational organizations.

• Experience in business transformation or process improvement programs.

• Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Food & Beverage industry experience is highly desirable.
