Remote Entry-Level Talent Outreach Specialist

atomicHR is seeking a proactive lead-generation specialist to identify and engage potential candidates across marketing and creative roles. You'll craft personalized outreach, test messages, and post roles so the right people see them.
No recruiting experience required; you'll be mentored while you learn the talent side and use AI tools to move fast. This remote, Latin America–based role is part-time, 20–30 hours weekly, paid weekly in USD as a contractor.
