Graphic Designer (U.S. Experience) - Hybrid Guadalajara MX

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with advanced English skills and proven experience working with the U.S. market. This role will be responsible for developing high-quality visual concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines and resonate with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate combines strong technical design skills with cultural awareness of U.S. audiences, ensuring that all creative output is both visually compelling and strategically aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver visually engaging assets for digital and print media, including social media campaigns, websites, presentations, email marketing, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate concepts into impactful designs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications, adapting assets to resonate with U.S. market trends and audience preferences.
• Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
• Support the creation of visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and client-facing materials.
• Present design concepts and iterations clearly in English to internal teams and U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in both U.S. and global markets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably working with U.S.-based clients or companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work for U.S. audiences and clients.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
• Knowledge of design principles for both digital and print media.
• Experience with social media platforms, web design basics, and presentation design.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid manner at our offices in Guadalajara, Mexico at Midtown Jalisco.

Nice to Have

• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
