People Director

En nuestra agencia creativa buscamos a una persona con visión estratégica que lidere la evolución de nuestra función de People, impulsando una cultura de alto desempeño, innovación y desarrollo del talento.
¿Qué harás?
- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de People alineada a los objetivos del negocio.
- Liderar iniciativas de atracción, desarrollo, compensación, cultura y experiencia del colaborador.
- Desarrollar y fortalecer al equipo de People, promoviendo liderazgo e innovación.
- Impulsar la transformación digital del área mediante HR Tech e Inteligencia Artificial.
- Diseñar indicadores estratégicos para la toma de decisiones y la gestión del talento.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral y representar al área ante el Comité Ejecutivo.
Buscamos a alguien con:
- Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración o afín (Maestría deseable).
- Más de 10 años liderando áreas de People o Recursos Humanos, idealmente en agencias, publicidad, marketing o medios.
- Experiencia en estrategia de talento, cultura organizacional, compensación, desarrollo organizacional y relaciones laborales.
- Inglés avanzado (C1).
- Dominio de HR Tech, Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.
- Liderazgo estratégico, visión de negocio, influencia y capacidad para impulsar el cambio.
