HR Data Management and Employee Analyst

Your Tasks

• Data Entry: Accurately maintain employees ́ data into HR Platforms (SuccessFactor, payroll, etc).
• Employee inquiries: Ensure a proper quality and timely response to all employees HR-related inquiries through CRM Tool (Service Now).
• Reporting: Generate customized and recurring reports for HR or audits when required.
• Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax forms through CRM Tool (Service Now).

Your Profile

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in Shared Services operations in a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (intermediate), English level (advance d).
• Soft Skills: Detail oriented, problem-solving, analysis, communication, collaboration.
