SDR Sales Development Representative (Remote)

En Bizneo, una de las HR tech referencia en España y LATAM, estamos buscando Sales Development Representative (SDR o BDR) con experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, prospección telefónica y llamadas en frío para que nos ayuden en nuestra misión de transformar los departamentos de RRHH.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Contactar a clientes potenciales de una lista de compañías que te proporcionaremos (60-80 llamadas diarias)
- Analizar las necesidades de los clientes potenciales a través de nuestro proceso de cualificación.
- Gestionar objeciones y argumentar la propuesta de valor.
- Alimentar y mantener actualizados los contactos y la gestión de tareas a través de nuestro CRM Hubspot.
- Programar reuniones para nuestro equipo de ventas.

- Teletrabajo para siempre
- Jornada flexible: El horario general es L a J: 9-14h y de 15:30-18:30h. Viernes 9:00 a 15:00 pero cuéntanos si necesitas reducir jornada o adaptar el horario.
