Bilingual Customer Success Specialist - Electronics (Hybrid)
Molex
Molex is seeking a Customer Success Representative (Electronic Manufacturing) to join our team in Mexico. You will nurture customer relationships, coordinate with Sales, and ensure accurate order processing to support production plans.
In this role, you will work with SAP and Salesforce Service Cloud, handle inquiries, review documents, and provide timely updates. A bilingual mindset and strong organization are essential to deliver world-class service.
