Gerente de Marketing Digital — Grupo Reina Madre
Ubicación: CDMX (modalidad híbrida)
Buscamos un(a) Gerente de Marketing Digital que sepa moverse entre la estrategia y la ejecución: alguien que conecte Paid Media, Branding, Web, CRM y Contact Center en un solo ecosistema orientado a resultados. Reportarás a la Subdirección de Marketing y serás la pieza clave que traduce los objetivos de negocio en campañas que sí generan citas, conversiones y crecimiento.
¿Qué harás?
- Coordinar la implementación de campañas digitales integrando Paid Media, SEO, landing pages, CRM y automatizaciones.
- Traducir objetivos de negocio en planes tácticos de marketing y darles seguimiento end to end.
- Analizar el funnel completo (Inversión → Leads → CRM → Contact Center → Citas → Conversión) y reportar performance mensual.
- Ser el enlace operativo entre Performance Marketing, Branding, Desarrollo Web, CRM, Contact Center y Operaciones comerciales.
- Detectar oportunidades de mejora basadas en datos y en growth hacking.
Lo que buscamos en ti:
- Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afín (especialización en Marketing Digital, deseable).
- 3-4 años de experiencia en marketing digital con responsabilidad sobre todo el embudo de conversión.
- Certificaciones como Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, GA4 (HubSpot Inbound, deseable).
- Manejo de Zoho CRM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console (SEMrush/Ahrefs, deseable).
- Inglés intermedio y visión analítica orientada a resultados.
