Gerente de Marketing & Growth | Consumo Masivo

En GLEX estamos apoyando a una importante empresa del sector de alimentos, consumo y e-commerce en la búsqueda de su próximo Gerente de Growth & Performance Marketing .
Buscamos un perfil nativo digital, sumamente analítico y orientado a la conversión (data-driven) , capaz de liderar la estrategia de crecimiento combinando la construcción de marca con la ejecución táctica en canales digitales y retail. Aquí no solo definirás la estrategia; serás el dueño de la optimización del embudo de ventas.
¿Cuál será tu misión? Acelerar el crecimiento del negocio en México mediante una estrategia integral que fusione el Brand Marketing con el Growth. Serás responsable de la adquisición, retención y optimización de conversión (CRO), asegurando que cada peso invertido se traduzca en crecimiento medible.
Principales responsabilidades:
Diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar la estrategia de Growth, Performance y E-commerce (D2C).
Monitorear y optimizar directamente en consola (no solo a través de agencias) los principales KPIs digitales: CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPM, CTR y tasas de conversión.
Implementar frameworks de experimentación constante (A/B Testing) en producto, empaque, comunicación y canales digitales.
Desarrollar estrategias de retención y fidelización de clientes (Email Marketing, CRM, Automatización).
Colaborar de manera transversal con las áreas Comercial y Producto para el desarrollo e innovación de categorías en el mercado mexicano.
Perfil que buscamos:
Licenciatura concluida en Marketing, Negocios, Ingeniería o carrera afín.
Experiencia demostrable como Growth Manager, Performance Lead o Gerente de E-commerce, idealmente en marcas nativas digitales (DNVB), startups de rápido crecimiento o consumo masivo con fuerte brazo D2C.
Dominio técnico indispensable: Experiencia real operando y optimizando en Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 y plataformas de e-commerce (Shopify) / automatización (Klaviyo o similares).
Mentalidad analítica avanzada: Capacidad para traducir métricas duras en decisiones de negocio y producto.
Perfil híbrido: Capaz de entender el branding y la comunicación creativa, pero obsesionado con el ROI y la rentabilidad.
