Transport System Process Specialist (Monterrey)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact in North America for the implementation, deployment and further development of all related systems and processes.
• Provide North America‑wide support of our global System in transportation management.
• Instruct and support local key users as second‑level support to achieve lean and quick problem solving for internal customers.
• Perform error analysis and create concepts for system optimizations.
• Take part in and execute test cases during global integration tests.
• Conduct process workshops and training sessions for local teams.
• Support during audits and internal reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in outbound logistics, production or inbound logistics processes in the automotive industry.
• 3+ years of experience in Transport Management.
• Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4 (Inbound / MM / PP) and cross‑functional logistics or production processes.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to undertake business trips.
• Experience with SupplyOn preferred.
• Regional exposure and integral roles or responsibilities preferred.
