Senior IT Project Manager – Sales Technology

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple small-to-medium Sales Technology projects from planning through delivery.

The role will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and adoption.

A Senior IT Project Manager with strong commercial/Sales technology experience who can independently manage multiple projects, financials, risks, vendors, and senior stakeholders while keeping business and technical teams aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 3–5 concurrent Sales Technology projects from initiation through completion.

• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, deliverables, and status reporting.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, IT, vendors, and field stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans and clear success metrics.

• Manage project financials , including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and cost impacts.

• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.

• Support vendor management, deliverables, timelines, and RFI/RFP activities.

• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Maintain project governance, documentation, metrics, and executive‑level communications.

• Support adoption, training, rollout, data validation, and other activities required for successful delivery.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of Project Management experience , including IT or technology projects.

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, CRM, Pricing, Customer Experience, Order-to-Cash, or Commercial Technology preferred.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder management .

• Experience leading cross‑functional teams without direct authority.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Salesforce/CRM or other Sales platforms .

• Exposure to pricing, customer analytics, marketing automation, ERP integrations, order management, or field technology.

• PMP or CAPM certification.

• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams .

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
