ROLE OVERVIEW:

Black Trader is looking for creative and motivated candidates who are interested in building a career in marketing within the fintech industry. The role involves supporting digital marketing activities, content creation, campaign coordination, and brand promotion across online platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Create content for social media, website, and email marketing
• Manage LinkedIn and professional social media platforms
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives
• Track campaign performance and maintain marketing reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements
• Stay updated with trends in fintech, trading platforms, and digital marketing

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of SEM, PPC campaigns, keyword research, and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing social media platforms and content marketing.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.) is an advantage.
• Understanding of WordPress or CMS platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or basic design tools is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI) is a plus.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• 0 – 3+ years experience in digital marketing or brand marketing (Freshers can apply)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in content creation, branding, and online marketing
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms preferred
• Knowledge of SEO and marketing analytics is an added advantage
