Bilingual Growth, Content & Business Development Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are building a growing portfolio of technology services and digital products focused on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, software development, cloud solutions and business automation.

We are looking for a hands-on bilingual professional who can turn technical expertise into valuable content, grow a founder-led professional presence and convert attention and outbound activity into qualified business opportunities.

This position combines content production, growth marketing, website management, lead generation and B2B business development.

The engagement is remote and requires approximately 25 to 30 hours per week with working-hour overlap across Mexico, the United States and Canada.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Content and digital presence

• Manage the editorial calendar and publishing workflow across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X and other relevant platforms.

• Research timely topics in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, technology and digital risk, including their impact on businesses, governments and the public sector.

• Help research, outline, edit and publish one 20 to 30-minute YouTube video each week.

• Turn long-form content into short videos, written posts, carousels, articles, newsletters and other reusable assets.

• Produce approximately 5 to 10 short videos and 5 to 10 written assets from each weekly recording.

• Coordinate 10 to 20 adapted cross-platform placements per day through repurposing, scheduling and platform-specific formatting.

• Write effective titles, hooks, captions, calls to action, landing-page copy and email content.

• Keep websites, blogs and service pages accurate, current and optimized for search and conversion.

• Maintain a consistent professional voice and ensure technical and security-related claims are reviewed before publication.

• Track qualified reach, engagement, inquiries, consultations and sales opportunities instead of focusing only on views.

Growth and business development

• Build target-account and prospect lists focused primarily on the United States and Canada, with opportunities in Mexico when relevant.

• Generate demand for nearshore and offshore engineering teams, dedicated developers, software development, cybersecurity services and AI solutions.

• Run personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, social media and professional networks.

• Qualify potential clients and coordinate discovery meetings with the technical team.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up activities and opportunity stages.

• Support proposals, presentations, case studies and commercial conversations.

• Follow opportunities consistently through the sales process and assist with closing.

• Track lead sources, qualified meetings, proposals, pipeline and collected revenue.

• Develop coordinated marketing campaigns for multiple technology services and digital products.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Professional written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Experience in B2B technology marketing, content production, sales development or business development.

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

• Experience editing or managing short-form and long-form video content.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, CRM systems, CMS platforms, scheduling tools and web analytics.

• Ability to understand and communicate cybersecurity, AI and software topics accurately and without sensationalism.

• Experience selling or marketing technology services to companies in the United States or Canada is strongly preferred.

• Ability to work independently across several initiatives while maintaining an organized operating system.

• A portfolio containing social media, video, written content, campaigns or measurable business results.

COMPENSATION

• Fixed monthly compensation of up to USD 1,000, based on experience and availability.

• Additional uncapped commission on collected revenue from eligible new business.

• Attribution rules, payment timing and commission terms will be documented in writing.

• Measurable pipeline connected to content, outreach and lead sources.

• Weekly reporting covering content, prospects, meetings, opportunities and revenue.
