Associate Start-up Team Manager

Associate Site Activation Specialist role managing critical pathways for site activation projects at Thermo Fisher Scientific. The position involves developing local submission strategies, providing regulatory expertise, coordinating cross-functional activities, and mentoring junior staff in a remote Mexico-based office setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage critical path for site activation within assigned projects
- Act as country subject matter expert and provide local advice on activation strategy
- Develop and implement local submission strategy and regulatory compliance review packages
- Coordinate with internal departments to align site startup activities with global project strategy
- Mentor junior staff assigned to support projects as appropriate
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
- 5+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of regional and national regulatory guidelines and EC regulations
- Medical/therapeutic area and medical terminology knowledge
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn specialized software
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and organizational skills
