Global People Operations Coordinator — Bilingual HR

DocuSign is seeking a Sr. People Operations Coordinator to streamline HR processes and support employees across Brazil and Mexico. You will collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, IT and HRBPs to ensure accurate data, onboarding, and compliant procedures in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
The hybrid role requires in-office and remote work with regularまでweek office presence, and a strong focus on employee experience. Fluency in multiple languages and Workday experience are essential.
