Customer Service Mgr.
Supervisar el desempeño del equipo de atención al cliente y asegurarse de fomentar un entorno productivo y coseguir la satisfaccion del cliente durarante todos los ciclos de servicio.
Requisitos
- Ingenieri en Logística o afin (Deseable Maestría)
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en Customer services
- Muy deseable trayectoria en empresas de Logística y o Transporte.
- Indispensable experiencia en entornos multi-site o manejando varios proyectos simultaneos.
- Experiência a nível Cordincion o gerencial.
- Inglés Bilingüe.
