Partnering with our U.S.-based sales teams -and occasionally with the end user directly-.-You’ll review customer credit files and existing account activity to make approval decisions for new service activations.-We’ll rely on your analysis to spot trends and make sound business decisions that protect the company and our customers from revenue losses associated with fraud and non-payment.Requirements for this opportunity:- Native / Bilingual Proficiency- highly fluent (native) in English comprehension, speaking and writing.- High school education (some college is a bonus).- 2 years of related experience – customer service, billing, collections, loss prevention.- The ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and all levels of management via telephone, chat, email, and in-person.- Experience using a Windows-based PC.You will need to be available to work from our office in Toreo, Naucalpan for a 8-hour shift a day (40-hour weekly shift) during our hours of operation – Monday to Saturday, 7:00am-8:30pm.Your 8-hour shift is assigned to you by your manafer within the working hours window.In exchange, we offer:- Monthly gross salary MXN $24,300- Monthly Grocery Vouchers MXN $3,146- Monthly Restaurant vouchers MXN $2,517- Life Insurance- Savings Fund- SGMM- 30 days of Christmas Bonus**Your future is calling.
